Q: Can you resize this ring?
A: Most rings are easily resized two sizes up or down, however, we can't guarantee every ring will be able to be resized. Presently, we do not offer this service.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee - you may return a product for a refund of the sale price (excluding shipping paid) for any reason. Q: Are your items solid gold or gold plated?
A: All the gold items we sell are solid gold. By solid gold we mean the products are not gold plated or gold filled products and are made from Karat gold.
Q: What is 9K (karat) gold? I've only heard of 10K, 14K, 18K & 22K gold.
A: In the Australian market, 9K and 18K gold jewellery is the standard.
The Purity of gold used in jewellery is measured in carats/karats. Pure gold is referred to as 24k gold i.e.24 parts out of 24 parts gold. 14k gold is 14 parts out of 24 gold. 9K gold is 9 parts out of 24 parts gold. The rest of the alloy is made up of other metals. Jewellery is rarely made from pure 24K gold as it is too expensive for the average person and it is too soft and therefore wears out faster and is easy to bend out of shape.
Q: What is 375, 583, 750 gold?
Gold purity can also be expressed as the number of pure gold parts per thousand.
Example:
18k gold is 18/24 (24 being pure gold) which is equivalent to 750 parts per thousand pure gold. Therefore, you will often see 18k gold stamped with the number 750.
Similarly, 14k gold is 583 per thousand parts of pure gold
and 9k gold is 375 per thousand parts of pure gold.
Q: Are your diamonds/gemstones genuine?
A: All diamonds and gemstones we sell are in our gold range are genuine mined and are not man-made. The only man-made gemstones we sell are those that are used in our Sterling Silver range. We clearly mark if the product has real gemstones or man-made.
Q: Do you ship to countries outside of Australia? Where do you ship to?
A: We ship all our products to Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific, North America (USA), Western Europe and the UK. See our shipping page for more details.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Goods are normally dispatched same day as payment clears. Shipping within Australia normally takes 3-5 working days after payment clears. Shipping outside Australia normally takes 1-3 weeks. Shipping takes a little longer in holiday periods. See our shipping page for more details.
